Phil J. Morin III

Deep Texas roots

Five generations of Texas roots.

Phil is a fifth-generation Texan with deep family roots in Southeast Texas. He graduated from J. Frank Dobie High School in Pasadena in 1997, earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001, and received his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2004.

That Texas background is more than biography. It informs the direct, practical way Phil communicates with clients and the familiarity he brings to criminal cases across Brazoria County and Southeast Texas.
